Take this from a once loyal customer who has done a ton of research. The customer service is extremely poor at gotvape and I am deeply disappointed in my experience. DO NOT PURCHASE THE ATMOS RAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The raw does not vaporize; it combusts or does nothing at all. I've talked to customer service twice, tried a mesh screen, tried a glass honeycomb screen, tried various combinations of each without success. I purchased mine through gotvape.com; they refuse to provide a refund even though they fraudulently sold me an electronic -pi- in the name of a vaporizer.
